
Christi Brown
Christi Brown is the Founder and CEO of iReportSource, a smart mobile, workplace safety platform. This is her second start‐up. She recently successfully exited her first start‐up. A service business in the Workers’ Comp Industry, in Ohio. She and her business partner started it out of her basement and grew the company over 5 years to almost 700 clients and $1.2 million in recurring revenue. Her passion, perseverance, and positive attitude have aided her in overcoming the obstacles that entrepreneurs face.
The iReportSource team just graduated from the Covington, Kentucky based accelerator, UpTech Ideas. They specialize in growing data driven B2B companies. Since UpTech, iReportSource has raised $1.025 million in funding from angel investors.
Previously, Christi held senior global procurement positions at West Chester Holdings, BlueStar, and Grainger Integrated Supply. Throughout her career, she and her teams were responsible for using data analytics to purchase industrial supplies, raw material for manufacturing, and technology products. In addition, Brown’s ability to employing strategy, and intuition to have the inventory at the right time/right place allowed her team to set the company apart from their competition. Using data and experiential knowledge in her operational background with anticipatory leadership skills, have aided her in offering innovative solutions to problem solving, like iReportSource.
Christi Brown is an advocate for female entrepreneurs and iReportSource is a WBENC and WFOB certified company. Christi attended the University of Cincinnati, and dropped out to pursue a career in purchasing and start a family.
She has two children, a daughter and son, and lives in Loveland, Ohio.

Rod Robinson
Rod Robinson is the founder and CEO of ConnXus, Inc. (www.connxus.com), a supplier diversity software platform that enables Global 2000 companies to discover new suppliers, manage supplier diversity tracking, compliance and mandated reporting requirements. ConnXus’ cloud‐based platform provides powerful tools and analytics that enable large companies to validate, quantify and measure the diversity within their supply chains.
Since starting the company in 2010, Rod has led the company through successfully raising $10 million in venture capital, 100% compound annual revenue growth, a database of 1.7 million diverse suppliers and a growing list of global customers including American Express, Facebook, Caesars Entertainment, CocaCola, Cummins, McDonald’s and Procter & Gamble.
His expertise in procurement comes from nearly 20 years of experience as a Chief Procurement Officer for Cincinnati Bell and as a management consultant with global consultancies including AT Kearney and Accenture where he was a procurement subject matter expert. He also worked for Price Waterhouse and Deloitte where he earned his CPA credentials.
Rod holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Dun & Bradstreet fellowship recipient. Rod was recognized by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2012. He is an advisory board member of the Techstars Foundation, an organization focused on increasing diversity in tech entrepreneurship. In March 2017, Ohio Governor John Kasich appointed Rod to Miami University’s board of trustees.
The South Florida native currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where he has lived with his family for the last 15 years. Rod is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Ruth S. Keefe
Ruth S. Keefe is the owner and President of BlueSky Creative, Inc a full‐service Marketing and Software Development Company based in Cincinnati. BlueSky’s copyrighted software platform, LEVEL 10® is used extensively in Education and Healthcare initiatives throughout the country. Ms. Keefe is also the publisher of “Life’s Best Chapter” a publication targeting the 50+ age demographic.
Most recently, Ms. Keefe and two partners have joined forces in creating an online software tool to automate the admission process for Senior Living Companies. EAdmit™ is considered one of the most progressive tools brought to market in recent years.
Ruthie is actively involved in many nonprofit organizations, including a founding member of SULA (St. Ursula Leadership Alliance), Board member of the USO of Central and Southern Ohio, Executive Committee Member of The Lindner Center of Hope ‐ High Hopes Auxiliary and the University of Cincinnati Foundation, Board of Trustees.
Ruthie and her husband Fred have two grown children. Their son is a proud Marine and daughter is an attorney with Thompson Hine. Ruthie and Fred reside in the Cincinnati area.
