CEO & Co-Founder

Christopher Holmes co-founded RiskVersity in 2015 and CyberSure in 2021. As the CEO of the company, Christopher works closely with the President, Laurence Jones, to make ensure the organization is progressing towards its goals: to help organizations identify and embrace or transfer risk. RiskVersity is a nimble organization. Christopher is also involved in the day-to-day deliverables for RiskVersity’s enterprise and outsourced risk management clients.

Favorite Risky Activity?

Christopher is involved in several activities, including: cycling, weightlifting, running, white water rafting, skydiving, hunting, and stunt car driving. He’s completed a marathon, a bodybuilding competition (2nd place), and several sub-5 hour Centuries (100+ mile bicycle rides).

You can probably tell from this list that Christopher’s favorite risk activity is to be challenged by something new and becoming proficient at the same.

Industry experience

Christopher has over 15 years of experience in the Risk Management Industry. Christopher’s areas of expertise include public entity, Healthcare, actuarial analysis, and loss forecasting. He is a graduate and active member in the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati’s African American Leadership Development program. He is a past member of the Tocqueville Society at United Way of Cincinnati. Christopher also is a past member for the Cincinnati Reds’ Diversity Advisory Board. Currently he serves as a member of the Greensboro Business League and Chaplin at C.W. Lawrence Lodge # 837. Christopher honed his insurance skills at Wells Fargo Insurance Services (now-USI) and Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services working as a risk consultant. He earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial mathematics with a minor in risk management and insurance from the University of South Carolina.
