Jeanne Holmes leads the Employment Risk consulting team. This team primarily handles human resources (HR)-type projects including HR policy/procedure reviews, disciplinary investigations, recruiting and selection support, training, leadership development, coaching, conflict management services, retainer-based HR support, expert witness services for employment law cases, salary equity studies, team building, DEI strategy and planning, and more. Jeanne loves to help organizations find new and more effective ways to connect, grow, and learn. Jeanne's experience with both corporate HR experience and academic/research experience better enables her to create sustainable and ethical interventions that are customized to fit RiskVersity's clients' goals, structures, and capabilities. Jeanne brings more than 25 years of professional experience to the RiskVersity team.
